ScriptHub ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Email address — if you sign up for price alerts, we collect your email address solely to send you notifications when prices change for drugs you have searched.

Contact form — if you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message to respond to you.

Location data — we use your location (coordinates or ZIP code) to find nearby pharmacies and calculate drive times. This data is used only during your session and is never stored on our servers.

Drug selections — we record which drugs you search for in order to return pricing results. If you subscribe to price alerts, your drug selections are associated with your email address so we can send relevant updates.

Usage analytics — we use PostHog to understand which features are used and to fix bugs. This includes standard web request data such as your IP address, which PostHog uses to identify your session.

Session recordings — we use PostHog and Sentry to record how the app is used, so we can diagnose bugs and improve the product. We configure both tools to never capture what you type into a form field (your name, email, address, or drug search text are never recorded as you type them). A location or drug you've selected may still appear in a recording once it's shown back to you on the page, the same as any other on-screen content.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you subscribe to price alerts, you will receive emails only when prices change for your saved drugs. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal of your email address at any time by contacting us at info@scripthub.health.

We retain your email address and associated drug list only as long as you are subscribed to price alerts. Upon unsubscribe, your data is deleted within 30 days. To request immediate deletion, email us at info@scripthub.health.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• PostHog — usage analytics and session recordings
• Sentry — error monitoring and session recordings
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Resend — delivering price alert and contact form emails
